Stage 4 (Years 7-8)

The Secondary campus is located on Regent Street in Regents Park. Stage 4 is referred to as Middle School where students from a variety of primary schools (including our Primary campus at South Granville and our feeder schools Greenacre Baptist Christian Community School and Calvary Chapel Christian School) are introduced to secondary school.

The aim of the Middle School is to support and nurture transition and equip students to engage in a high school learning environment. Each student has a Core Teacher for up to three subjects to facilitate personal, social and academic growth. Some students may receive additional learning support where a need is identified. Senior students mentor Year 7 and 8 students to help support them in the transition from primary to secondary school.

The Middle School Coordinator and Academic Adviser provides a supporting role to pastoral care. The Middle School Coordinator liaises with appropriate subject coordinators to ensure a high standard of delivery of teaching and learning situations in the Middle School. The Coordinator also links with our primary department and our primary feeder schools to better assist students to make the change to high school.
